Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions regulate the use of this website and the booking request service offered by Taxi at Pollensa for private taxi transfers.

1. Service provided

Taxi at Pollensa offers taxi transfer services, mainly from Pollença and nearby areas to Palma de Mallorca Airport. The service is subject to availability, vehicle capacity and manual confirmation by Taxi at Pollensa.

2. Booking request and confirmation

Submitting the booking form does not automatically confirm the transfer. The request will be reviewed manually by Taxi at Pollensa.

The booking will only be considered confirmed once the customer receives a confirmation message or email from Taxi at Pollensa. This confirmation may include the assigned driver’s contact phone number so that the customer can communicate directly with the driver if necessary.

3. Minimum booking notice

Booking requests must be made at least 5 hours before the requested pickup time. Taxi at Pollensa may reject requests that do not meet this minimum notice period.

4. Prices

Prices are shown during the booking process and depend on the number of passengers and the type of vehicle required. The starting price for airport transfers is 85€.

The final price will be confirmed by Taxi at Pollensa when the booking request is reviewed. No online payment is required through this website.

5. Passenger and luggage information

The customer must provide accurate information about the number of passengers, luggage, pickup details, flight departure time and contact information.

If the information provided is incorrect or if the number of passengers or luggage exceeds the selected vehicle capacity, Taxi at Pollensa may need to modify, reject or reassign the booking request depending on availability.

6. Changes to a booking

Any changes to the pickup time, location, passenger number, luggage or flight information should be communicated as soon as possible by sending an email to: taxiatpollensa@gmail.com.

Before the booking is confirmed, any questions or changes should be sent to: taxiatpollensa@gmail.com.

Once the booking has been confirmed, the customer may use the assigned driver’s phone number to communicate any issue, delay, change of meeting point or other inconvenience related to the confirmed transfer.

7. Cancellations

Customers should notify Taxi at Pollensa as soon as possible if they need to cancel a confirmed booking. Late cancellations may affect future booking availability.

Taxi at Pollensa reserves the right to cancel or refuse a booking request if the service cannot be provided due to lack of availability, incorrect information, operational reasons or circumstances beyond its control.

8. Delays and no-shows

The customer must be ready at the agreed pickup point at the confirmed pickup time. If the customer is delayed, they should contact the assigned driver as soon as possible once the booking has been confirmed.

Taxi at Pollensa cannot guarantee availability if the customer is not present at the agreed time and place, especially when the delay affects other scheduled services.

9. Flight information

The customer is responsible for providing the correct flight departure time and any relevant flight information. Taxi at Pollensa uses this information to help plan the recommended pickup time, but the customer remains responsible for ensuring that the chosen pickup time is suitable for their travel needs.

10. External circumstances

Taxi at Pollensa is not responsible for delays or service issues caused by traffic, road closures, accidents, weather conditions, airport disruptions, strikes, police controls, force majeure or any other circumstance beyond its reasonable control.

11. Contact after confirmation

Once the booking request has been reviewed and confirmed by Taxi at Pollensa, the customer will receive the assigned driver’s phone number. This contact number may be used to communicate with the driver in case of any issue, delay, change of meeting point or other inconvenience related to the confirmed transfer.

12. Website use

Users must use this website in a lawful and appropriate manner. It is not permitted to use the website to submit false booking requests, fraudulent information, abusive content or any action that may damage the website or interfere with its normal operation.

13. Data protection

Personal data provided through the booking form will be processed according to our Privacy Policy. The data is used to manage booking requests, communicate with customers and provide the requested transfer service.
